TeleMedik was founded in 1996 in Puerto Rico and a year later became the pioneer company of the nurse advice line (NAL). Currently, we provide TeleHealth services internationally.
TeleMedik Group has two Contact Centers operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Our facilities are equipped with advanced technology in combination with a team of more than 500 professionals from different disciplines. Redundancy ensures continuity of service in the event of sudden incidents, such as the recent COVID-19 pandemic, or unexpected atmospheric phenomena.
Our passion for new technologies has led us to design more than 14 softwares that make our solutions more effective. Likewise, we use multiple algorithms and process flows that allow us to adapt to the needs of each of our clients.
